The Post of Professor will be filled as Associate Professor on Contract / deputation if qualified candidates are not available. Separate application form is to be submitted for Associate Professor against Professor Post. Separate application form is to be submitted for each post. One post will be reserved for PH (OH) on any post subject to availability of candidate.

For Assistant Professor – Shalakya Tantra, Experience / Research in Danta Roga will be given preference.

The candidate, who have applied in response to advertise no 02/2010 dated 27.08.2010 and 3/2010 dated 11.11.2010 are informed that those applications are cancelled and they also have to apply fresh.

Application form & Recruitment Rules will be available on the website www. ayurveduniversity.edu.in from 29.11.2011 Completed form in all respects along with the self-attested certificates should be sent to the Director I.P.G.T. & R.A., Sushrut Bhavan, Gujarat Ayurved University, Jamnagar – 361008 on or before 26.12.2011 by post or personally along with necessary self attested documents & Demand Draft (Nationalized Bank) of Rs 200/- drawn in favour of the Director, I.P.G.T. & R.A., payable at Jamnagar .

For the teaching post reservation will be on "cadre grouping basis" and where ever reserve category candidates will be available they will be selected. For the post of Asst. professor and RMO written qualifying examination is likely to be conduct in the 2nd week of January 2012.

The University reserves the right to fill-up or not to fill-up the posts advertised. Applicant already in service should send their application “Through Proper Channel” or should produce “No Objection Certificate” from the employer.
