The Punjab Public Service Commission invites Applications from eligible Candidates for Recruitment to 67 Posts of Ayurvedic Medical Officers in the Department of Health & Family Welfare, Punjab.
Note:-This Advertisement is being published as per requisition received vide letter no. 3/46/09-2H7(Part file)/25 dated 06-01-2010 and memo No. 3/46/09-2H7(Part file)/25/503 dated 05-03-2010 from the Government and is subject to any modification or amendment that may be made by the Government subsequently.

1. VACANCIES AND RESERVATION
The number of vacancies are 67 and the breakup is as follows :

2. PAY SCALE:- 10,300-34,800.
3 ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS :-
i. The Candidates should possess a Degree of B.A.M.S. (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery) or its equivalent degree, from a recognized University or other teaching Institution recognized by CCIM.

SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FORM:
Candidates MAY DOWNLOAD the Application Form from the website www.ppsc.gov.in OR obtain the Application Form from the office of Punjab Public Service Commission, Baradari Gardens, Patiala w.e.f.30.03.2010 and submit to the Secretary, Punjab Public Service Commission, Baradari Gardens, Patiala.
Note:- Candidates who download the Application Form from the Commission's website will have to pay the price of Application Form i.e. Rs. 25/- alongwith the requisite application fee. Application Form must reach the office of Secretary, Punjab Public Service Commission, Patiala latest by 5.00 p.m. or before on 23.04.2010 alongwith prescribed fee and documents.
